How to Use?

How to use ?

After 9 months of carrying our baby's weight, our spine will slightly curve, the binder helps to hold our body so that our spine can be straighten and our posture can be corrected. How to use ?

1. Fold the cloth together make sure the top part is below your rib bone


2. Tie the top 2 strings together into a knot to hold the binder in place


3. Tie the bottom 2 strings together into a knot and twist it to make sure it is tight Start wth the bottom loose strings . Use the strings to go through the ring loop and make sure they are criss crossed.
   
4. After each criss crosed, twist it to make sure it is tight


5. Repeat until all the strings are criss crossed and tie round your body


6. You may now adjust the top 2 strings and tie it tight and go round your body


7. Bindering is complete.

*The binder will reach the hips so to go to the loo just lift the binder a little , after that pull the binder down back into the original position.
