Using this after delivery will help to prevent wind from entering our body and to keep us warm. After 9 months of carrying our baby's weight, our spine will slightly curve, the binder helps to hold our body so that our spine can be straighten and our posture can be corrected. It prevents back pain especially for breastfeeding mum who tend to bend their back while nursing. Wearing the binder after delivery can help to reshape the body back more effectively. It also helps to tone the abdominal muscles and shape the hips.

Tips for more effective results using binder:

Apply slimming cream before binding for better absorption

Leave the binder on for at least 6 hours or more

Start to binder at least 5 days after natural delivery or 1 month after c-section ( or as advise by doc)

Use binder daily and at least for 2 months ( you may continue to bind as long as you wish to get back to your desired shape)

How to use ?

Fold the cloth together make sure the top part is below your rib bone

Tie the top 2 strings together into a knot to hold the binder in place

Tie the bottom 2 strings together into a knot and twist it to make sure it is tight Start wth the bottom loose strings . Use the strings to go through the ring loop and make sure they are criss crossed.
After each criss crosed, twist it to make sure it is tight

Repeat until all the strings are criss crossed and tie round your body

You may now adjust the top 2 strings and tie it tight and go round your body

Bindering is complete.

*The binder will reach the hips so to go to the loo just lift the binder a little , after that pull the binder down back into the original position.
